Should logging be allowed in New Zealand?

 I disagree that logging should be allowed in New Zealand because...

 1.We need tress for breathing and for living.

 2.All the birds will need tress to live on and to build their nests.

    I am Vitaraag. I also agree with you when you said both of those reasons. I think that you need a third reason to. I can't wait to her your third reason. Do you think birds will go extinct because if this? I think they might. Maybe next time you can say your third reason. Keep up the phenomenal work!

    Hi Shriya,
    I really like your reasons on what you think about logging, and why you think this way. Well done!

    I really have interest in you disagreeing because I agree with your choice, and I like the reasons, like having birds nests and needing oxygen. I really like the photo you put in because it is reality, not all butterflies and rainbows. I also think that you have a strong opinion.
    Maybe next time you can add in more info about logging and what it is.

    Kia Ora Shriya,

    Good work for completing this SLJ activity, 'Towering Timbers' and for giving us your opinion on whether or not you think that logging should be allowed in New Zealand. I really respect that you've introduced your opinion and then added bullet points to support why your opinion is the way that it is.
    I agree with you, logging is terrible for our environment because it takes the trees away that help to process bad gasses such as carbon dioxide (CO2), filtering them to release oxygen for us to breathe in.
    I appreciate that you've considered the habitats of animals as well— good job :)
    What type of trees do you think that they use in logging?
