Why is sleeping important

Why is sleep important?

P1. Kids and children  sometimes sleeps in the  day  and at night. Babies  have daily sleep and plays but when they cry and be angry then it means that they wants to sleep. The teens have to at least have  9 hours sleep or rest to get energy  from her or his sleep. Big kids sometimes have 8 or 7 hours sleep but some kids they want to have a full sleep and doesn’t want to go school because they wanted to sleep more so that's  why you  have to sleep early then  so they don’t feel sleepy.

P2.  Everyone in this world have different times  that what time they need to sleep but some like in New zealand some kids or adults, babies go to sleep early sometimes and late but sleeping needs to be important because the thing is school, work needs sleep fully sleep or you will get tried by not getting enough sleep. If you have see the video then you and your child go to sleep early so the next morning you are fresh and not sleepy.Sleeping better there you go and please hope you can go to sleep and make sure you have a good night but  never ever ever sleep late.

P3. the thing why i am telling you to go to sleep is that in the night time when maybe there was a party and you and your parents stayed up late and you needed to go to school but… you went to school and you were tired then there is your answer GO TO SLEEP EARLY. The thing is why i am writing this is  because then you can get it clear  and never ever forget that  Why is sleeping  important  and resting.

  1. Well done, Shriya. The thing I enjoyed most about your work is you have put all the ideas we discussed into your own words. Next, you could re read your sentences. If they don't make sense as you read them they might need changing.
